Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs, including inspections of existing roofs, and provide expert advice on suitable roofing solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing our company's roofing products, services, and value propositions.
Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the roofing installation team to ensure smooth project transitions and customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, contracts, and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the home improvement industry or a related field.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information and sales proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
Customer Focus: Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
Results-Driven: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure profitable contracts while maintaining positive client relationships.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools for efficient lead management and reporting.
Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
