About the Role:

Honest Abe Roofing Franchise is seeking a motivated and experienced Franchise Trainer to join our team. As a leader in the roofing industry, we are dedicated to providing top-quality service to our customers and franchisees. Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs for new franchisees
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure success
Evaluate training needs and create customized training plans
Assist in the development of training materials and resources
Monitor and assess franchisee performance and provide feedback

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in training and development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel as needed
Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus
Training or HR certification is preferred

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
