About the Role:

We are seeking an Insurance Specialist to join our team at Honest Abe Roofing Franchise in Terre Haute, IN. As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in working to support franchisees in becoming proficient and confident in handling insurance claims while ensuring a seamless process for customers. Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs on franchise software and third-party insurance claims tools.
Educate franchisees on how to identify and document storm damage (e.g., hail, wind, and water damage).
Train teams on preparing and submitting accurate and detailed insurance claims.
Provide best practices for negotiating with adjusters and navigating claim disputes.
Conduct workshops and webinars to teach compliance with insurance policies and procedures.
Create and update training materials, including step-by-step guides, checklists, and case studies.
Stay informed on industry trends and updates to insurance processes to keep training current.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for franchisees using claims software.
Monitor and assess franchisee performance in claims management, providing feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of insurance claims processes, with a focus on roofing and exterior storm damage.
Familiarity with franchise management software and third-party insurance tools.
Strong communication and teaching skills, with experience in training or coaching.
Ability to analyze insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Experience in storm damage assessment and documentation is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
