About the Role:

We are seeking an Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team at Honest Abe Roofing Corporate in Terre Haute, IN. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the roofing industry and assist customers with their insurance claims for roof repairs and replacements.

Responsibilities:

Review and process insurance claims for roof repairs and replacements
Communicate with customers and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate claims processing
Evaluate and document damage to roofs and provide detailed reports for insurance purposes
Coordinate with adjusters to schedule inspections and repairs
Stay up-to-date on insurance regulations and industry standards for claims processing

Requirements:

Prior experience in insurance claims processing or related field
Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures, specifically related to property claims
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess and document roof damage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
