About the Role:
Join Honest Abe Roofing team as an Inside Sales Representative and become a key player in our mission to provide quality roofing solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with customers and help them find the perfect roofing options while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through phone and email to understand their roofing needs.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with inside/phone sales or customer service, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product information.
