The successful candidate will act as a resource to our Administrative Assistant and help with various other administrative duties.
The candidate will need to operate independantly as a business driven leader including but not limited to front desk, inbound and outbound call work.

Responsibilities:

Inbound calls
Scheduling
Routing calls
Trouble shooting customer and team issues
Interface with various vendors and municipalities
Document Management
Data management & tracking
Advancement and extra income potential
Make and distribute copies
File
Order supplies
Keep records safe while protecting customers information.
Strong level of tech knowledge: MS Windows
Remain teachable and coachable

Bilingual Required:

40 hours per week
Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Hourly wage depends on experience

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
