The Mission:

As our Field Manager, you are the face of the company on-site. You aren't just a supervisor; you’re the expert who ensures the homeowner feels like they made the best decision of their life.

Lead Crews: Manage partner roofing crews to ensure perfection.
Precision: Accurately measure jobs and place material orders using our streamlined system.
Customer Advocacy: Walk homeowners through the process, take "Before/During/After" photos, and ensure 5-star satisfaction.
Hands-On Leadership: Perform minor repairs and technical troubleshooting when necessary.

What You Bring:

License: Active General Contractor License (Required).
Experience: Proven track record in roofing or high-volume residential construction.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer systems and photo-documentation apps.
Presence: Strong communication skills. You need to be as comfortable talking to a crew as you are to a homeowner.
Clean Record: Valid driver’s license is a must.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour
