Honest Abe Roofing is looking for high-energy communicators to join our Inside Sales team. This isn’t "cold calling"—you’ll be the first point of contact for hot leads who are already looking for our help.

What You’ll Actually Do:
You are the "Success Starter." Your goal is to turn a homeowner’s roofing problem into a scheduled solution.
- Connect: Be the first friendly voice a customer hears when they reach out to Honest Abe.
- Set the Stage: High-volume outbound calling to interested leads to book consultations.
- Solve Problems: Educate customers on our process and set clear expectations for their appointments.
- Collaborate: Work within Google Workspace to track your wins and keep the field teams busy.
Who You Are:
- A Natural Talker: You have 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience and love talking to people.
- A Professional: You can stay organized, handle a fast-paced "hundred-call" day, and keep a positive attitude.
- A Tech Learner: Basic computer skills are a must; we'll handle the rest.
- A Student: You’re ready to learn the "Honest Abe" way and grow your professional toolkit.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
