What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the go-to person on-site to make sure jobs are done right.
- Oversee 1–2 roofing crews per day
- Check materials, layout, and job readiness
- Be present on installs — not stuck behind a desk
- Catch mistakes before they turn into problems
- Do final walkthroughs to ensure quality
- Communicate with homeowners during the job
This is a field-first role — you’ll spend your time on jobs, not in meetings.
