What You'll Be Doing
- Running 1-2 residential roofing installations per day alongside subcontractor crews
- Ensuring every install meets our quality standard before the job is called complete
- Diagnosing and executing repairs independently — you know what you're doing and we trust that
- Verifying materials, measuring jobs, and solving problems on site in real time
- Being the face of the company for the homeowner on installation day, setting expectations and walking them through the final inspection
- Documenting every job with photos and keeping management informed in real time
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on roofing experience — installations and repairs
- Comfortable leading subcontractor crews from a position of credibility — they respect you because you know the work
- Able to complete repairs independently without needing direction
- Clear, direct communicator with crews, homeowners, and your team
- Smartphone proficient — you will use apps daily for documentation and communication
- Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean record

Physical Requirements
- Comfortable on ladders and steep-slope roofs
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs
- Works outdoors in all Michigan weather conditions — you already know what that means

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
