Your mission is simple: Find and close exceptional franchise owners who can build dominant roofing businesses in their markets. Not everyone is a fit to own a franchise. We care deeply about selecting the right operators.
That means this role requires someone who can:
- sell with conviction,
- challenge candidates when needed,
- and protect the long-term integrity of the brand.
Core Responsibilities
Franchise Candidate Development
- Manage candidates through the full franchise sales journey
- Conduct qualification and discovery calls
- Present the Honest Abe Roofing opportunity
- Lead financial and operational expectation conversations
- Coordinate Meet The Team / Discovery Day events
Sales Execution
- Maintain strong pipeline management
- Execute consistent follow-up
- Drive momentum through the process
- Improve conversion rates and candidate quality
Candidate Evaluation
- Assess leadership capability
- Evaluate financial readiness
- Identify owner-operator mentality
- Recognize red flags early
Brand Representation
- Represent the company with professionalism and confidence
- Help communicate the vision of becoming the most respected roofing company in the industry

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
